  • Senior management team member. Lead R&D/QA teams consisting of Product Development, Manufacturing Services, commercialization, Equipment Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance. QA/QC, oversight of 7 manufacturing commissaries, and one mix plant.  Budget $5MM. Three direct reports, 34 scientists

  • Developed a One, Three, and Five year Strategic Plan for product innovation, and cost improvement

  • Converted 74% of the product portfolio to all Natural Flavors

  • Developed a fry oil that is Partially Hydrogenated Oil (PHO) free in accordance to the upcoming FDA final ruling of GRAS status of PHO.
